烏尤尼鹽沼 （Salar de Uyuni）是南美必去清單的其中一項，這裡的風景美麗至極，絕對不會讓人失望。
在《烏尤尼鹽沼 旅遊攻略大全》裡有寫過，去烏尤尼最佳的時間、應該參加什麼旅遊團、選什麼旅行社等等。然而，上路前還有一些小細節需要知道，才能讓旅行更完美一點。
① 天氣很冷
烏尤尼鹽沼 的氣候終年乾冷，不論是什麼時候去都很冷，真的很冷！
一定要帶足夠的保暖衣物，像是厚外套、毛帽等等。另外，由於早晚溫差很大，最好使用洋蔥式穿搭，短袖、長袖、毛衣、外套⋯⋯
如果沒有厲害的厚毛衣、厚外套也沒關係，只要多穿幾件衣服就有保暖的效果，像我就穿了七層。

身為背包客的我，覺得最實用的是輕羽絨外套，保暖、輕便、體積小。

② 海拔很高
烏尤尼鹽沼 位於海拔3600公尺，對於不習慣高山稀薄空氣的人來說，會需要一點時間適應，最糟的情況是得到高山症。
若是參加三天兩夜的旅遊團，更要有心理準備，從鹽湖到國家公園是一路上升，第三天甚至會到達海拔5000公尺。
想要預防高山症、減緩身體不適，最簡單又有效的方法就是喝古柯茶（coca tea）。大部分的商店都買得到古柯葉，而旅館的早餐也會有古柯茶，早上喝個一、兩杯，就已經足夠了。

③ 準備一雙雨靴
烏尤尼鹽沼會有天空之鏡的效果，是因為有一層淺淺的積水，若想要自由地玩耍、拍倒影照，最好穿著雨靴。當然，對於背包客來說，帶著一雙雨靴旅行根本是天方夜譚。
好消息是：如果是參加日落團、日出團這種專門“找水”的旅遊團，大部分的旅行社都會免費提供雨靴。然而，如果是在雨季時參加一日團、三日團，就可能要自己準備雨靴了。
簡單的解決方法是：先在拉巴斯（La Paz）或是其他的大城市買一雙便宜的雨靴，玩完烏尤尼鹽沼後，再把雨靴留在當地，或是送給其他遊客。這裡的物價很低，低到讓人真的不會心痛。

④ 帶足所有需要的東西 － 飲用水、零食、衛生紙
參加三天兩夜的旅遊團，有點像是去露營或登山，要在大自然裡待三天，中途不會經過城市、小鎮，也沒有商店、小攤販。出發前，要記得把東西都帶齊了。
烏尤尼小鎮的旅行社街旁邊有很多小雜貨店，那裡就可以買到所有去鹽湖會需要的東西。
・ 飲用水
導遊也許會準備幾瓶礦泉水，但絕對不夠全部的人喝，最好還是自己帶夠三天需要的水。可以多買一些大瓶的礦泉水，反正放在車上，也沒有太重的問題。
・ 零食
雖然旅遊團的三餐食物很多也很美味，不過天氣冷，容易想吃東西，坐車的時間又很長，還是要準備些零食來消磨一下。
・ 衛生紙
一定要記得帶衛生紙，主要為上廁所用。路途上的廁所不會提供衛生紙，連旅館也都沒有衛生紙喔。

⑤ 精打細算、預備剛好夠用的現金
進入鹽湖後，沒有提款機，也不能用信用卡。出發前，最好先算一下三天兩夜旅程中會用到的錢。
有一些必付的錢旅行社會提前告知，包括門票、熱水澡、玻利維亞出境費。然而，除了這些費用之外，其實還有其他花錢的機會。
1. 第一天會去鹽湖邊的製鹽小村子，那裡賣的紀念品都很有特色，值得買。
2. 中途所有的廁所都要付錢，一次1塊BOB（玻利維亞諾），一天可能要上好幾次。
3. 如果晚上太冷，旅館有出租睡袋，一個大概是20塊BOB。
＊直接去智利Atacama
旅遊團結束要直接去智利Atacama的人，更要精打細算，只要帶剛好夠用的BOB就好，不然多了也沒地方花。
另外，Atacama小鎮的提款機很少，而且只有某些公司的卡可以領到錢，不過換錢的地方倒是很多，最好預備一些現金（美金），當然用BOB也可以換，只是比較不划算而已。
⑥ 必帶太陽眼鏡、必戴太陽眼鏡
就像在雪地裡一樣，烏尤尼鹽沼的白色鹽地對太陽光的反射率很高，會很赤眼。而鹽湖的旅遊團，都會在這樣白皚皚的鹽地裡待上一整天。
車子一開進白色的鹽沼，就要戴上太陽眼鏡，保護眼睛。連坐在車上睡覺，也最好不要把太陽眼鏡拿下來。
不僅要戴太陽眼鏡，還要鏡片夠黑的才行。如果沒有的話，在烏尤尼小鎮上的小商店可以買到。

⑦ 記得要防曬
海拔高的地方比較接近太陽，紫外線比較強，還加上白色鹽地的反射，在烏尤尼鹽沼是很容易曬傷的。寒冷的天氣又常常讓人忘記防曬，所以一定要注意。
不是戴有帽簷的帽子，就是要塗防曬乳。不怕曬黑，也是要防曬出好笑的痕跡。
我從進了鹽湖就一直戴著太陽眼鏡，沒有特別注意補擦防曬乳，這樣曬了三天之後，才發現鼻梁上已經有了明顯的曬痕了。
⑧ 住宿很簡陋，而且沒有暖氣
烏尤尼小鎮還能找到不錯的旅館，不過三天兩夜旅行團的住宿就都很簡陋，房間裡只有床，共用的浴室、廁所也只有最簡單的設備。
最慘的是旅館裡沒有暖氣，而且每人只給兩張毯子，根本就不夠。晚上會降到攝氏5度以下，冬天甚至是負的，真的超冷。
睡覺時最好把所有衣服都穿上，戴著毛帽更有效，不然會冷到睡不著。
⑨ 可能沒得洗澡
旅館除了沒有暖氣，洗熱水澡也得另外買，一次15-20塊BOB。更糟的是，可能連有錢也洗不到熱水澡。
其實，在出發前，好好的洗個澡就夠了。我個人認為，在鹽湖這種又冷又乾的地方，兩天不洗澡真的沒有關係，而且又沒有運動流汗，就只是坐在車子裡而已。
不過，省錢不是主因，重點是天氣太冷了，連上廁所屁股都會凍僵，更別說洗澡要把全身衣服都脫了，光是想到就讓人發抖。
⑩ 充電很困難
由於環境偏遠，這些旅館多半用電很吃緊，並沒有給客人用的插座。一天拍上百張照片，本來就很耗電，不只如此，溫度低時，電量的流失會比平常更快。
因此，在出發之前，一定要把所有電器都充滿，不論是手機、相機，有行動電源更好，這些可是要撐三天啊。烏尤尼鹽沼和國家公園的風景真的美到讓你不想錯失照相的機會。

把手機或相機一直帶在身上，睡覺時也放在被窩裡，這樣可以保持電池的溫度，就不會一瞬間沒電了。

其實旅遊團的車子是可以充電的，只不過要和導遊套交情。
我們團裡的其他人不知道有什麼問題，動不動就和導遊起衝突，或是一直抱怨，只有我不會，所以導遊明顯比較喜歡我。其他人想要插在車子的USB充電，導遊都不肯，當我的手機沒電時，他二話不說就讓我充了。
